City Zoning Decoder

As a citizen, I have ideas for xyz (starting a coffee shop with entertainment in a specific residential neighborhood, or building an in-ground pool, etc.) but it's kinda hard to figure out what's relevant to my specific situation, whatever it may be.

There should be some kind of interactive site that's consistent and easy to read.

Map items from the MN Historical Society

Although I can search the MN History Center's collection for images from Linden Hills, they don't seem to be geolocated or available in a map. It would be fun to have them on a map, like photos on Google Maps or Earth. These be also used to create history tours of neighborhoods.

Recent fraud list

I'm an attorney and often find myself answering client questions about whether some mailing or another that they receive is legit. It's normally not. I'd love to see the SOS have an easy place on the front page of the website where folks could submit info re: these. Sort of a crowd sourced/snopes type area.
